Juliana Brooks Mortenson is the scientific visionary behind General Resonance. She is the architect of the company’s Resonance Science research, and the ethical and responsible use of the Resonance Science technologies.Dr. Mortenson was formally educated in the sciences, with a BS in microbiology, an M.D. degree, and post-graduate training in anesthesiology. In addition to gaining first-hand experience in healthcare as a practicing physician, Dr. Mortenson held various university academic positions and performed significant medical research in a variety of interdisciplinary fields including healthcare, pharmacology, biophysics, IT, microbiology, and medical devices.
Dr. Mortenson has performed hundreds of experiments exploring the new “rules” of Resonance Science, a revolutionary science dealing with the transformation of matter and energy. She is the author of more than 25 papers and presentations and is the primary inventor on more than 90 U.S. and foreign patents and patent applications.
Dr. Mortenson is board certified as both a general practitioner and medical specialist. She belongs to a number of scientific organizations, including the American Association for the Advancement of Science, the International Anesthesia Research Society, the American Physical Society, and IEEE, the BioElectromagnetic Society.
